What a race!!!! It had all the elements. Weather: The track started out wet with drizzle. The track dried out and remained dry with rain forecast coming at anytime. Excitement: Most of the cars were just seconds apart all the way till the end of the race with the exception of Vettel(Redbull Renault), who had a strong lead but had a mechanical failure again, and Button, who made a great call to go on the slicks early and he never looked back at his comfortable lead. Webber(Red Bull Renault) drove disgusting in his home Grand Prix ending 9th because of mistakes and a major collision with Hamilton(Mclaren Mercedes) which landed both of them in the beach but ultimately were able to offroad themselves out. The Ferraris showed they did not have the top pace throughout the weekend, but they were consistent. Alonso(Ferrari) was able to climb back to 4th after a 1st lap 1st turn spin when he was nailed from behind. Kubica(Renault) was the driver of the day for me; with a under par car, he drove consistent and the team made right decisions throughout to make 2nd on the podium. Ofcourse, it helped that he jumped so many positions on the first turn of the race finding the right hole after the Alonso collision.
